Vedanta Enterprise Pty Ltd ("SircleAI") takes your privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the strict limits we've put on data we won't collect at all.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone (provided at sign-up)
Events you create or RSVP to, including attendees you add
Payment records (via Stripe — see below)
Notification subscription endpoints (for Web Push)
Server logs for debugging (IP, user agent, timestamps)

What we DON'T collect

Children's names or ages. The Family screen lets you list children for calendar coordination, but their data stays in your browser's local storage only. It is never transmitted to SircleAI servers, never appears in any database, never appears in analytics, and never appears in any payload shared with a third party. This is a hard architectural constraint, enforced via the absence of a children table in our database schema.
No Facebook Pixel. No Google Tag Manager. No ad-network SDKs. The free tier of SircleAI ships with ad slots scaffolded but disabled (`ADS_ENABLED=false`); even when enabled in future, no third-party tracking pixels will be loaded.
No third-party cookies for analytics. If we add analytics in future, we'll use a cookieless, privacy-respecting tool (e.g. Plausible) — never Google Analytics.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. SircleAI never sees or stores your full card details — Stripe handles them via PCI-compliant infrastructure. SircleAI also never holds funds: money flows directly from the attendee's card to the organiser's connected bank account on Stripe's standard schedule. SircleAI's platform fee is 0% at launch.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (set by NextAuth) to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies, no ad cookies.

How long we keep data

Account data is retained while your account is active. Event and payment records are retained for tax / dispute purposes for 7 years per Australian legal requirements, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account at any time via support@sircleapp.ai.
