1. Overview

SircleAI is a software-as-a-service product operated by Vedanta Enterprise Pty Ltd. By using SircleAI you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Payments

SircleAI facilitates payments between event organisers and attendees via Stripe. SircleAI never holds funds. Payouts go directly from Stripe to the organiser's nominated bank account on Stripe's standard schedule. SircleAI's platform fee is 0% at launch.

3. Refunds

Refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser. SircleAI provides the tooling to issue refunds but does not guarantee outcomes. Disputed charges are handled directly between the organiser and Stripe.

4. Children's data

Children's names, ages, and identifying details entered on the Family screen are stored in your browser's local storage only. They are never transmitted to SircleAI servers and never appear in any database or analytics. This commitment is a non-negotiable design constraint of the product.

5. Liability

SircleAI is provided "as is". Vedanta Enterprise Pty Ltd makes no warranty as to fitness for purpose, uptime, or data retention beyond commercially reasonable best effort. Maximum liability is capped at the total amount paid by you to SircleAI in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. SircleAI may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

SircleAI may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after a change constitutes acceptance.
